Mr. Justin P James currently serves as Assistant professor at the college of applies science, Adoor(IHRD).He was a former faculty at Catholicate College Pathanamthitta and Mount Zion Institute of Management, Chengannur.He has obtained his post graduation in commerce and currently pursuing MBA in HR. His area of specialization is finance and taxation .He has handled various commerce and management subjects over two years like Income tax and practices, banking, Management Accounting, Cost Accounting, Economics, Financial Accounting, EDPM, Business law, operations management. He has qualified UGC NTA-NET examination and has published many research papers in UGC- approved National and international journals. He also presented many research papers in National and International seminars. He is also a member of the Indian Accounting Association, Indian commerce Association, and Commerce and Management Association. He is an HR trainer and has conducted numerous online and offline training sessions at various colleges in Kerala
