Dr.Jaya Shankar is an accomplished creative writer specializing in diverse professional academic subjects. Holding postgraduate degrees in Computer Science and Engineering (ME) and Management (MBA), she has successfully completed her PhD program in Human Resource Management. With over two decades of academic experience in various institutions in India, Dr.Jaya has actively participated in numerous workshops, seminars, and presented papers at both national and international conferences. Additionally, she has contributed articles to various esteemed journals, authored two textbooks, and published a book chapter. Currently serving as an HOD & Associate Professor at Sree Narayana Institute of Technology, affiliated with APJ Abdul Kalam Technological University, Dr.Jaya’s expertise extends to the academic requirements of KTU Engineering, BSc Computer Science, and BCA programs. Her dedication to academia is reflected in her continuous pursuit of knowledge and her commitment to fostering a dynamic learning environment.
