Shilpa Merin Joy is post graduate in Management( MBA) from University of Kerala and got her graduation in Electronics and Communication (B.Tech, CUSAT). Presently, she is working as Asst. Professor in Management at Mar Thoma Institute of Information Technology, Ayur. She holds the Post Graduate Diploma in International Business Operations, and having more 6 years of work experience in academia and industry. She presented two papers in national conferences. She has qualified for pursuing PhD in University of Kerala.
