The primary objective of the book is to familiarize the students with the basic functions of Human Resource Management. This is a fundamental course which gives the students an overall idea about the major tasks and responsibilities of an HR Manager. This provides each student with an understanding of the role played by the function called Human Resource Management in the functioning of an Organization.
